As Is” service – no warranty

Every process dealing with air conditioning is performed on an “As Is” basis. Before leaving the site, we check and show how the air conditioner is still working. Therefore, Condenzo has got no warranty or guarantee in respect of the service provided.

Spare parts and devices made by third parties

The Company does not make any spare parts, compressors, kits for refilling cryogenic gas and other devices used in the process of repairing. If any unit fails because of electrical overvoltage, poor quality, or wear and tear, we are not responsible for this.

Limitation of Liability for Damages

Even though our technicians strive to be careful and cautious, air conditioning systems involve a complicated arrangement of devices that run on electrical and mechanical principles. Condenzo is not responsible for: Issues that existed before receiving our service in regard to your A/C equipment, pipes inside the building, or the building itself. Minor aesthetic damages (like the painted walls getting scratched or holes for mounting that had to be drilled). Accidental and indirect damages resulting from the use of the unit after we have delivered our services.
